A particularly impressive specimen of an Araucaria stands in the driveway.
In 2021, we were able to acquire the large finca next to our parents one and we have since then extensively renovated it. Located just outside Altea la Vieja, the property, built in the 1990s, offers plenty of privacy in the midst of a garden spanning several thousand square meters.
The view from the pool or the living room is impressive: it offers a panorama that stretches over pine forests to the peak of Puigcampana (1410 meters), Spain's highest mountain near the sea. The porch is a favorite spot for our guests, who can enjoy fantastic sunsets with a drink during the blue hour. On hot summer days, crickets chirp under the almond and orange trees in the garden. A dip in the cool water of the large pool is refreshing. Can a holiday be more relaxing?

The two units are connected by the spacious covered porch with view onto the pool. In total, there is sleeping accommodation for 10 people (8 adults and 2 children). Six people can stay in the main house and four in the smaller apartment. Overall, there are two living rooms each with an open fireplace, two kitchens, three bathrooms, and four bedrooms. All rooms are air-conditioned and heated in winter. Modern comforts include washing machines, TVs, large refrigerators and fast WiFi.
To care for the environment, we have installed solar panels and, for the same reason, we opted not to have a heated pool.

Decorated in a Mediterranean style, the bright living room of the annex offers a magnificent view of the garden and can also be transformed into a comfortable bedroom. Its cosy sofa bed can accommodate two adults.
